Maybe one day we will discover the holy grail of weight loss but the best we can do for now, is to prevent it in the first place. The more we obsess over food, the more we demonize it, categorize it, shun it, glorify it and classify it, the more we miss the point. Until we are ready embrace and enjoy a balance of healthful food, carve out a little bit of time to prepare, cook and sit down to our meals, we will continue to fall prey to the promised glory of fast, easy and effortless weight loss.
