We provide personal, one-on-one nutrition counseling, cooking demonstrations and on-site corporate nutrition programs. All programs are provided by registered and licensed dietitians who are ethically bound to provide medically sound, unbiased, evidence-based nutritional guidance. Because most insurance plans cover 100% for nutrition counseling, there’s likely no out of pocket costs to you or an employer.

Lifestyle Nutrition Counseling and Coaching
Our personalized nutrition counseling is available for weight loss, cholesterol and blood sugar management, nutritional assessments and other diet related concerns. Sessions include an assessment of your medical history, your health and nutrition concerns, eating style, food preferences, cooking skills, and personal goals. Together we will craft a nutrition plan that meets your lifestyle with achievable, step-by-step goals. Your insurance plan may provide 100% coverage for nutrition counseling so there would likely be no out-of-pocket cost to you.

Accepted insurance plans include Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Aetna and Highmark. It is recommended that you check with your insurance plan for coverage of nutrition counseling. Please note, we are not a provider for Medicare.

Corporate Nutrition Services
A registered dietitian is available to provide on-site nutrition counseling for your employees at no (or very low) cost to you. Your insurance plan likely covers six annual visits for nutrition counseling for your employees. Nutrition counseling is an excellent way to enhance your employee wellness program.

Culinary Nutrition Workshops     

Our cooking studio allows you to cook side-by-side with our culinary nutrition experts. We teach you about real food, making it accessible, delicious, and easy to prepare. On-site group cooking demonstrations are available upon request.

As an AAAI certified personal trainer, avid exerciser and runner, she also emphasizes the importance of physical activity to achieve optimal health.  Gretchen believes that food should nourish our bodies and souls and strives to help others achieve a positive change in their eating, exercise and health behaviors.
