Judy Matusky, RDN, LDN
Founder, Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Culinary Nutritionist
We all want to eat well, feel good and stay healthy but our busy schedules, limited time to prepare and cook healthier meals, and confusion about diet and nutrition keep us from making changes. As a specialist in weight management, cholesterol and blood sugar reduction, as well as a member of the 60 plus club, I understand the unique challenges we face as we age. I specialize in the nutritional needs of adults 60 and up. From weight management to cholesterol and blood sugar reduction, as a culinary nutritionist, I incorporate a food-focused approach to better health. My clients eat well, notice less food cravings, feel more satisfied after eating and are excited to see their health improve.
If you want to shed some weight, lower your cholesterol or manage your blood sugar, I’ll guide you with food that is at the intersection of delicious, fast, and healthy!
