You’ll meet virtually with your dietitian so you can unravel years of diet rules that created unnecessary restrictions in the way you eat. Personalized, Virtual 90-Minute Kick Start Session
- Assess your current health goals, taking inventory of your eating patterns, habits, and food choices.

Get a comprehensive nutrition assessment, identifying nutrient gaps and filling those gaps with nutrient-dense food.
Create goals specific to what you and your nutritionist think would be most effective for you. - Practice awareness of hunger and fullness cues, emotional triggers and mindless eating.
- Reject negative self-talk and become more mindful and aware of balanced eating patterns.
- Connect with your dietitian for support and guidance.
One-on-One, Virtual Nutrition Counseling Sessions:
- Ongoing nutrition coaching with your personal dietitian/nutritionist
- Goal setting and assessment

The number of counseling sessions is determined by your overall nutrition and health goals and the amount of support you need. Typically, most of our clients meet every 2 weeks, over 3 months (6 sessions). After the initial 3 months, check-in follow-up sessions are scheduled as needed.

As a registered dietitian and culinary nutritionist, I specialize in cardiovascular nutrition and weight loss for clients 50 plus who want to improve their health with a food-focused approach. We’ll create meal plans that meet your cooking and lifestyle needs, set realistic goals that can be achieved and I’ll be there to coach you with weekly guidance and support.
