It’s May! In Philadelphia, the sun is shining and we are headed outside. If the thought of warmer weather has you searching for the latest beach body diet, stop right there! What if instead of restricting for summer, you embraced all of the delicious seasonal fruits and vegetables in their peak flavor? What if you included a variety of colors on your plate to match the season’s flowers and ate al fresco (with your sunscreen)? What if you decided that this is the year that you embrace the joy of warm, sunny days instead of beating yourself up over your body’s perceived flaws? Pack a salad or sandwich for the beach or park and soak up the sunshine!

Join us for our next Virtual Culinary Nutrition Workshop featuring delicious desserts all with a healthy twist! Join Judy Matusky, RDN and Culinary Nutritionist with Athens Nutrition, for this live virtual cooking workshop. She will be discussing the ingredients used in these nutrient-rich recipes and the cooking techniques used to create lighter desserts without compromising flavor.
