We’ll provide one-on-one counseling over secure video chat to create a nutrition plan tailored to your personal preferences and lifestyle needs. We will coach you through the goals that are important to you–whether you’re trying to lose weight and keep it off, lower your blood sugar or improve your family’s eating habits. We do not follow fad diets or tell you what to eat. Instead, we work closely with you to help you uncover the best eating plan for YOU.

As registered and licensed dietitians, we are ethically bound to provide accurate, medically-sound, up-to-date nutrition advice and we do not accept financial compensation from food or dietary supplement companies–making our advice unbiased, credible and always in your best interest.

What to Expect

Your first session with our dietitian will be a 60-90 minute one-on-one interactive video chat to give you an opportunity to share your health story, eating challenges and goals. From there, we’ll begin to build your personalized eating plan. The second video chat session is usually scheduled within two weeks so that you can report back on your progress, review challenges and revise or add new goals.

 

Additional sessions may be scheduled every 4 weeks until you are confident with your new eating style and have established behaviors that will continue to support your achievements. Follow-up sessions are 30-60 minutes and are designed to help you practice and build on previous goals and accomplishments. Most clients video chat with our nutritionists once a month, until they feel they’ve reached their goals. We work closely with your insurance company to verify that your sessions are covered by your insurance.

Who We Are

We are a team of registered and licensed dietitians who are passionate about coaching our clients towards better ways of eating. We are experts with advanced training in weight management and lifestyle nutrition, and clinically trained in Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, sports nutrition, celiac disease and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). We’ll work with you to improve your diet with science-based approaches, personalized programs and a caring and knowledgeable team.
