About Our Signature Plan
In this 3-month Life Without Diets plan, you’ll meet virtually with your dietitian so you can unravel years of diet rules that created unnecessary restrictions in the way you eat. You’ll build an eating pattern that supports your cooking habits, lifestyle, and food choices AND one that allows your body to settle into it’s healthiest weight. Break-free from diets and years of weight frustration. Give your body the gift of nourishing food with meals you enjoy and a Life Without Diets!
What's Included
Personalized, Virtual 90-Minute Kick Start Session
- Assess your current health goals, taking inventory of your eating patterns, habits, and food choices.
- Create goals specific to what you and your nutritionist think would be most effective for you.
- Practice awareness of hunger and fullness cues, emotional triggers and mindless eating.
- Reject negative self-talk and become more mindful and aware of eating patterns.
- Connect with your dietitian for support and guidance.
One-on-One, Virtual Nutrition Counseling Sessions:
- Ongoing nutrition coaching with your personal dietitian/nutritionist
- Goal setting and assessment
- Eating behavior tracking

- Mindful eating strategies
3-Month Plan (meet virtually every 2 weeks for six sessions)
- Initial Session: 90-minute Kick Start with your nutritionist
- Sessions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6: 55-minute counseling sessions every 2 weeks
- Focus on setting weekly goals, eating behavior adjustments, balanced meal planning, building confidence with new habits.

We all want to eat well, feel good and stay healthy but our busy schedules, limited time to prepare and cook healthier meals, and confusion about diet and nutrition keep us from making changes. As a registered dietitian and culinary nutritionist, I specialize in cardiovascular nutrition and weight loss. I work with clients 50plus who want to improve their health with a food-focused approach. If you want to shed some weight, lower your cholesterol or manage your blood sugar, I’ll guide you with food that is at the intersection of delicious, fast, and healthy!

As a nutrition coach, I will meet with you virtually, once a week to guide you toward a healthier way of eating so your body can settle into a healthier, more sustainable weight. We’ll create meal plans that meet your cooking and lifestyle needs, set realistic goals that can be achieved and I’ll be there to coach you with weekly guidance and support.
