Athens Announcements

Join us for our next series of Virtual Culinary Nutrition Workshops featuring delicious desserts all with a healthy twist! Join Judy Matusky, RDN and Culinary Nutritionist with Athens Nutrition, for these live virtual cooking workshops. She will be discussing the ingredients used in these nutrient-rich recipes and the cooking techniques used to create lighter desserts without compromising flavor.

The first workshop, Mediterranean Desserts, is April 14 from 4-5:30 pm. You’ll learn to make Yogurt “Cheese” Cake, Chocolate Avocado Mousse and Caprese Chocolate Torte.
