It’s no secret that Athens Nutrition believes in the power of a home-cooked meal. Meals made at home tend to be more nutritious and economical than take-out or restaurant meals. Last month, we gave you some tips on how to stock your pantry and fridge to make cooking at home easier. However, we know that some days it may not be reasonable to cook a from-scratch meal, but that doesn’t mean you need to resort to drive-through! We are fans of the back-up plan – stock your freezer with some healthy-ish frozen meals.
